When conceiving our projects, we first seek out the most inspired leaders in our community. We then seek to understand the strengths and needs of the industry sectors and neighbourhoods where these leaders operate.
Where leaders are strong enough to carry a commercial lease, we build buildings around their initiatives. And where we find that entrepreneurs lack in access to capital or operational capacity, we work with leaders in that sector to forge alliances and build strength. To the extent that we can increase the number of entrepreneurs in our City who are doing meaningful work but can also represent ‘covenant’ as a commercial tenant, so can we proliferate meaningful and sustainable mixed-used spaces and neighbourhoods throughout our City.
