Sparrow Cowork is working in collaboration with Sparrow Capital to activate multiple cowork amenities in the Brighton Block. Planning is currently underway for development on three floors. An initial cohort of entrepreneurs, community leaders, and visual artists have come together to anchor cowork spaces and art studios. Sparrow is also collaborating with a record label, several music producers and film production companies, and a network of therapist in various modalities to activate additional shared cowork amenities.
